Welcome to the Limb Reconstruction Patient Support Service page for Patients & Families. My focus is to provide a holistic approach to your Leg Lengthening & Reconstruction journey by providing:

• Ongoing professional clinical nursing assessment and support
• Education on 'life in frame' or with a lengthening nail / frame
• Management and coordination of your care in collaboration with your treating Orthopaedic Specialist

This service is provided throughout each stage of your reconstruction journey

• face to face or via telehealth (online, phone, text, email)
• As a single port of contact for efficiency and continuity
• In direct collaboration with your Specialist

This enables you and your loved ones to navigate your lengthening & reconstruction journey in a supported, controlled and timely manner promoting independence in self care on your journey to recovery.
